Thanks to Covid-19 lockdowns the Duncan-Kemp family waited an extra long time to get together for this session. Thankfully we all found a date (again) that suited and we were able to go ahead. On a very hot spring day I headed out to their family property on the outskirts of Oakey. I was welcomed with the most amazing smell of a roast - dinner was being prepared and being 30ish weeks pregnant at the time I could identify that smell a mile away haha. We wandered the gardens and captured their gorgeous family!
I had done an engagement session with Jarred and Katrina (take a look at the blog for their session here- https://www.rjphotography.net.au/post/jarred-and-katrina) earlier in the year so it was lovely to catch up again. During the session I noticed Katrina was a little under the weather. I was so excited to find out that they were expecting a new addition too, so we braved the heat together and tried to work quickly so she could retreat to the air-conditioning.
The kids all did so well, especially in the heat. They all sat and enjoyed a juice at the end - a reward for all their efforts lol.
