Precious little Sophie!! She was a dream to photograph! I had a session with the Driver family at the end of last year (you can check it out here http://www.rjphotography.net.au/single-post/2018/01/30/The-Driver-Family-TRIBE ). I learned of Mel's pregnancy just before that session and we started talking about a newborn session then too, so Sophie's arrival was long anticipated for me!
I do lifestyle newborn sessions which is really relaxed and in your home. At times it can force me to get a bit creative to find the best light (sometimes it might be in the laundry). I walked into Steve and Mel's new house and thought "this is just perfect, I really didn't have to do much!". And then I went to their master bedroom, and almost died with excitement!! The lighting was divine and those GORGEOUS blue walls!! So, pop a photogenic family in that perfect location and all I felt I had to do was press a button!!
